1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using BidRis, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, you may not use the platform.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter into contracts to use this platform. You are responsible for providing accurate information during registration.

3. Auctions & Bidding

Bids placed on BidRis are binding. Each bid costs credits as disclosed on the listing. The highest bidder at auction close is obligated to complete the transaction with the seller. Failure to do so may result in account suspension and forfeiture of credits.

4. Listings & Seller Obligations

Sellers must provide accurate descriptions and images of vehicles. Misrepresentation may result in listing removal, account suspension, or legal action. Sellers are responsible for ensuring they have the legal right to sell the vehicle.

The decision to sell a vehicle through BidRis belongs exclusively to the seller. BidRis is a marketplace facilitator and does not compel, guarantee, or intervene in the seller's decision to complete any transaction.

5. Credits & Payments

Credits are non-refundable except where required by law. Prices are displayed in EUR unless otherwise noted. We use third-party payment processors and are not responsible for their failures.

By using BidRis, you acknowledge that there may be situations where both auctions and credits are lost, including but not limited to: seller withdrawal before transaction completion, disputes unresolved in the seller's favor, platform policy violations, or technical failures beyond our control. You agree that BidRis is not liable for lost credits or failed auctions in such circumstances.

6. Prohibited Conduct

You may not use the platform for illegal purposes, manipulate auctions, harass other users, or distribute malware. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts violating these rules.

7. Limitation of Liability

BidRis is a marketplace connecting buyers and sellers. We are not a party to transactions and do not guarantee the quality, safety, or legality of listings. Use the platform at your own risk.

8. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms. Material changes will be notified via email or platform notice.
